Tips for Getting Your Frizzy Hair Right for Your First Date

When it comes to first dates, there is no telling who is more nervous: men or women.
For the most part, depending on the man, men do get nervous to a certain extent. From the perfect clothing to the perfect cut, looking “FTD” (Fresh to Death) is something that is a must do. Then, men have to smell just right. Not too much cologne, but enough to not only allow them to wear it but for it to rub off on their date as well.

So women, do pay attention, men do want to make sure they make that good first impression and mark their territory while they are at it. Ok, maybe not as severe as that last part. But something for you to remember them by. There is also this common knowledge that men have, about women wanting to really “doll themselves up”, to keep the man’s attention, and to let other women around them know that he is taken.

From doing their nails, toes, and makeup, to doing their hair in some uncomfortable way that makes a woman balance like their lives depended on it. One of the things that you, as a woman, want to make sure of, is that you get out the frizz out of your curl on the first date.

But how exactly do you do that?

First, please make sure that you check the weather for the first night! Obsessing over it may be a little bit over the top, no pun intended. However, please do become obsessed with the weather, considering many other factors are affected by it. If it is going to be hot and humid, you will need to go with a ponytail look that can be handled easily, but not crazily. If it is going to be cold, you may have to consider that while it may be cold outside, it will be hot pretty much anywhere that you wander into. So, make sure that you are going to comfortable all the way through.

If your hair is naturally frizzy, then you have to take certain precautions like going to hair straightening salon in Sydney so that your date does not notice what he may see later on in the future when he wakes up next to you. One way to prevent the frizz is to leave in a small amount of conditioner in your hair, to keep it from drying out, after you use shampoo and conditioner. Make sure that you squeeze out as much water as you can from your hair, but do not towel dry it. Also, just rake your fingers through your hair if it is truly frizzy or curly.

You can also add some product into your hair to help it stay curly, rather than frizzy. Just add a straightening cream or product. Keep in mind that you may need to use more than one method to get the look that you are seeking.

So there you go! Try any of these tips for your hair and good luck on your first date! He chose you, to begin with, just make sure everything else goes naturally.
